After payment, I will begin brainstorming ideas for a draft to confirm that I am on the correct visual direction the commissioner would like their logo to go.

I will continue to work on the logo to revise and refine the design.

Commissioners have up to 2 major and 2 minor revisions. Extra major revisions will cost +$20 each revision. Extra minor revisions will cost +$10 each revision.

Payments are through Ko-fi or PayPal only.

All payments must be upfront or I will not start your commission. This means no payment plans and no half-payments.

Commissions are non-refundable once I already started your commission unless I am unable for any reason to finish the commission. Please make sure you want to commission me.

I require clear image references and all necessary details to understand the color palette and general idea for the logo.

Turnaround time for commissions may take up to 1-5 months.

I will not take commissions with any set deadlines. I don't do rush fees.

Do not claim, edit, or sell my work. I retain full copyright of my work.

I have the right to cancel your commission at any time for any reason.

Do not commission me if you do not like my work! Please check my portfolio and make sure you like my work before you commission me.

I will not imitate another style. I'm only offering commissions in my style.

I have the right to decline any commission if I feel uncomfortable or feel I can not complete the commission in any way.

Do not rush or harass me for updates. Please check my trello for updates on your commission progress.

Unless you have paid the commercial fee, your commission is for personal use only. Personal use is not to be used for profit or commercial gain. Commercial use is for-profit use and is intended for promotional, marketing, or advertising of service, person, or business. This includes anything that makes you money, such as using my work on Twitch, YouTube, etc. If you change your mind and would like to use your commission for commercial use later on, please get in touch with me and we can arrange that.

The base commercial fee and privacy fee is meant for anyone not a corporation.

I have the full right to post your commission on my social media to show off my work and for portfolio purposes, unless a privacy fee is paid.
